How do I purchase products?
Simply browse our online catalogue of products and if you wish to add a product to your basket click on the green ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘Cart’ icon on the top right of the screen to view the items in your cart and proceed to the checkout page. What payment options do you offer?
We offer three payment options:

Can you invoice my school?
You can invoice your school, early childhood centre or organisation. Please provide your own reference number and a contact person’s name.
If ordering online simply place your order then select the "Pay on Invoice" option in the ‘Payment Method’ section. You will also have the option to include your own reference number (or name). Your order will be delivered to you along with an invoice which is payable within 30 days.

What are your delivery times and charges?
Orders received by 2pm are processed and sent the same working day.
Delivery times to the North Island generally take 1-2 working days. Delivery to the South Island generally take 2-3 working days. If you are at a rural address please allow an extra 3 days.
If your order doesn't arrive within 6 working days please contact us so we can follow up and get your order to you as soon as possible.
Because we want to keep your delivery charge to a minimum, our rates vary accordingly. As a guide, our delivery charges are (exc. GST):

Freight is FREE to mainland New Zealand addresses including rural addresses, however some extra large or heavy items may incur extra freight charges. Please contact our team for further information. Promotional value excludes GST. Valid until 31 December 2025.

Orders to the islands are sent via NZ Parcel Post and cost $40 + GSTHow do I track my order?
When your order has been sent you will receive an email which includes your tracking information with PBT Couriers. You can also log in and go to 'Account' located on the top right of the page, click 'My Orders', select the order you wish to track and select 'Track your order'.
Inspect your order as soon as possible!
Once your order is delivered please inspect the product as soon as possible – if an item has been damaged please notify us straight away as our Courier Company will only accept claims for damaged items if they’re lodged within seven days of delivery.
Do you deliver to countries outside New Zealand?
At this time we are unable to deliver to countries outside of New Zealand.

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items, so we will gladly exchange, give an online store credit or refund your item(s) if you change your mind within 30 days of delivery.

What are Back Orders?
If we don't have a product in stock you can backorder this item if it's over the value of $40. Once the item arrives in stock we will courier it to you at no extra charge. We also update the 'Availability' date regularly so please check the website for updated availability dates.
