Managing anxiety, thoughts and feelings can be daunting for children. Luna The Calming Kitty has been designed to aid breathing patterns and help to calm anxious children. By following the light prompts children learn to inhale and exhale controlling their breathing thus calming themselves. The night-light with timer with 5 colour choices (white, yellow, green, blue and purple) can be set for 5, 15 or 30 minutes. Luna has 3 different breathing patterns: square breath, 4 x 4 breath and laddered breath.
