PAWZ is a beloved calming companion pup which has two main features. The first to draw attention to breathing patterns and the second to provide a multichoice coloured night light. Children watch and follow the lighted prompts, inhaling and exhaling, a calming exercise to help settle anxious children. The night-light with timer with 5 colour choices (white, yellow, green, blue and purple) that can be set for 5, 15 or 30 minutes. PAWZ has 3 different breathing patterns: square breath, 4 x 4 breath and laddered breath.
