Games and Puzzles are excellent and important educational learning tools as they provide both mental and physical challenges. The art of problem solving, cognitive development, hand-eye coordination and generating self esteem are all attributes that are required. Many games and puzzles are interactive requiring a degree of socialisation. Both fine and gross motor skills can be targeted with puzzles as well as language, numeracy and science.
