Tangotango was a celestial woman who became the wife of Tawhaki, a great Māori hero. Unfortunately a quarrel over their daughter saw her return with her daughter to the heavens. Tawhaki missed them so much he travelled to the heavens to find her. This puzzle is a beautiful illustration of Tangotango looking very ethereal with a star wreath around her head and a look of slumber on her face. A lovely way to learn about myths and legends while developing motor skills.
